
Around these parts, we just love trash to treasure transformations! One of the things I’m always thinking about when visiting yard sales is, how can I repurpose this? Can I re-paint that? What if I just removed that? I’m guessing if you love yard sales, you also love a good DIY projects. Ann’s Entitled Life repurposed this old dresser drawer into a gorgeous serving tray by giving it a coat of paint and attaching handles to each side. These trays can be used for serving goodies or to decorate a coffee table!

I’ve seen these side tables many times at thrift stores and yard sales and never imagined turning it into a lego table like Mashup Mom did. She gave it a fresh coat of paint, cut out an opening for a basket & glued a lego square onto the table to turn it into a playroom must-have.

We’re in love with this vintage dresser makeover by Tessa Kirby. She gave it a coat of white paint and accented the grooves in the dresser with a romantic shade of blue, making this a gorgeous addition to any bedroom.
Upcycled Garden Rake turned Utensil Rack
How cool is this project by TheGraciousWife ? She took an old lawn rake and turned it into a stylish and shabby chic utensil holder in her kitchen. By cutting the rake down and attaching it to a board , along with some very cool looking hooks she was able to salvage these items that would have otherwise been thrown in the trash.
